REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing. If any pilgrim cancels for any reason:
● Deposits are not refundable for any reason except the pilgrimage being cancelled due to lack
of enrollment.
● 90 days or more prior to the pilgrimage start date, ALP will retain the $300 deposit.
● Between 60 and 90 days prior to the pilgrimage start date, ALP will retain 50% of the total
trip cost.
● There will be no refunds within 60 days of the pilgrimage start date.
There is no refund or pro-rated cost for pilgrims arriving late or leaving early from the
pilgrimage.
● WAITLIST: For those on the waitlist, you will be notified if a spot becomes available and you will have 24 hours to pay the deposit to secure your spot. You do not need to pay a deposit to get on the waitlist.
